== About me ==

I’m an engineering student in Germany. Currently, I have a part-time job related to deep learning and image processing.

I was born in mainland China. Studied in Taiwan for 6 years (totally my second hometown), After a 6-month stay in the Netherlands as an exchange student, I’m now temporarily settled in Germany.

I define myself as a patient and easygoing person. I appreciate people from different cultural backgrounds. Sharing my experience and knowledge with others brings me a feeling of accomplishment. Though I am disciplined and make plans often, I still enjoy a relaxed life and search for random surprises in my life.

I love hiking and snowboarding. When I travel, I prefer seeing spectacular scenery and taking eye-catching photos through hiking. Exploring the true nature is the meaning of my life.

Schon seit zwei Jahre habe ich Deutsch gelernt. Gerne möchte ich Deutsch sprechen, denn ich möchte mein Deutsch verbessern.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a guest, previously when I traveled alone, I usually stayed in a hostel. Hostels are great places to meet people and get useful information, but there is one thing missing — get to know the locals. Thus I believe Couchsurfing is a good platform for me to meet the locals and get to know the places I visit more easily.

I greatly appreciate those nice hosts I've met. The kindness I received from people that I didn't even know before is my biggest motivation for staying with Couchsurfing.

In general, staying with a host/guest could make detailed conversation more easily. I love meeting with different people and I believe Couchsurfing is a platform that can build better connection between me and the host/guest.
