ABOUT ME

I love meeting new people, I'm lucky that I get to do that in my profession on a daily basis. I can't wait to travel the world and get to learn all the lessons it has to offer and see all the beauty. I believe that you should always treat people how you would like to be treated, so what better way than this, right!?? I like to go out and have a fun time, or relax at home with a good book or movie.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Excellent thus far, couch surfed in New Zealand and met some pretty great people, even ended up with a host for almost a week (including going out to their cabin too!) I'm currently surfing, and I forgot how great it is to share some good food and a great conversation!

Interests

I enjoy doing so many things, it completely depends on my mood. Lately it's been dancing, I've been learning Latin dancing (bachata and some salsa for the past year) I can be playing sports and enjoying physical activity or I can be in a more introspective mood and get lost in a painting I'm creating or reading a good book.

Helped build houses for wonderful families in Guatemala! It literally changed my perspective and my life.

Fly a stunt plane!! That was pretty intense! If I can get an adrenaline kick, I'm happy.

Teach, Learn, Share

To always believe in the good of humanity, you just have to put yourself out there and be a little vulnerable sometimes. It helps build a stronger community and true connection with people around you. I hope that we can all share our trips, our lessons learnt, and things we hope to see/do. You never know who can meet and how they can shape your world.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm generally pretty easy going. I'll always clean up after myself. I don't need much and I'm pretty flexible. If there's the chance, I love cooking with people while having a glass of wine and getting to hear their stories. I'm pretty good at doing my own thing, but if someone wants to show me around, I usually won't say no! Oh..and I will always play board games if someone wants to!

As a host, I prefer hosting females. So I hope you read this at some point and save yourself the request if you are a solo male. My apologies, but that is just what I am comfortable with. I may make an exception for a couple travelling together. I have lots to offer, a safe place to be, sight seeing, good food, and maybe even a trip out to the country!
