An independent person.

Once studied Chinese language and literature and anthropology. I love the perspective that anthropology gives me, which makes me view different groups' cultures as an insider rather than outsider.
And to some extend, I love the cultural relativism. No one culture higher or lower than another one.
That's why I would like to participate in CS. I hope I can see a world as you see. I have taken off my colored glasses and been ready to learn all the new things from you all, my friends.

Live a live life.
To be honest and positive.
The moment you stand here, you are just the best yourself. Do not regret. There's no "if...then...". Life just moves on.
Make yourself valuable, just at the very moment, every moment.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Because this year I am always travelling, so surf more.
But when I have a break, or stay at home longer, I host.
Until now, I have surfers from Japan (I can speak Japanese) and Pakistan.

兴趣

reading,walking(include travelling of course),music,architecture,public art, community-building, NGO, culture-study, learning different languages (language is the key to another world, right?).

And most important of all, meeting new friends.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

My gap year is spent in a remote village. And I love the village.

Teach and Learn:
Everyone could be a teacher and a student, and it just happens when we start to talk. You get my ideas, and vice versa.

Share:
I have a one-year gap between after my graduation, before take my postgraduate program.
During that one year, I get to know NGOs and did as a volunteer in remote villages of China. One of the villages experienced the big earthquake in 2008. We were there to help rebuild the community, not only the houses, but what's more important, human feelings and a new way to make a living.
I have stories just like this.
