About Me

ABOUT ME

Hello couch surfers!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hope to do some hosting this summer as well as doing some couch surfing as I take a road trip up and down the US coast.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have gone out with a few couch surfing people that a friend of mine was hosting, and I had a lot of fun. I have not yet hosted, or been hosted, but I'm looking forward to starting.

Interests

I have a wide range of interests. I like to be outdoors, so I like running, biking, sailing, kayaking, and playing ultimate frisbee. I also like to read, cook, watch sports or movies. I love traveling as well. I've explored some of europe but I'm excited to see a lot more of the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love a good movie. Some of my favorite are the big lebowski, the shawshank redemption, the departed, and the transformers animated movie (the awesome one from the 80s, not the terrible live action one with Shia LeBeouf)

I am pretty varied with my music interests, but I tend to default to hip hop and jazz.

Right now I'm very hopeful that George RR Martin doesn't die before he finishes his Game of Thrones Series. I've finished all 5 books and I can't wait for more. Besides that I like other fantasy books like Lord of the Rings or The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. I also tend to read a lot of technical books. Whenever I'm interested in something, my first instinct is to find some good books and read more about it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking Mt Rainer was pretty amazing, and may have started an interest in mountaineering for me. I also thought the statue of david was pretty amazing. As far as sports, I went to a San Francisco Giants world series win, which was full of energy and a lot of fun.
