I'm a happy, relaxed and seasoned traveller, and love building friendships and acquaintances wherever I travel.

Always up for a drink and a good conversation, but I'm also very happy to keep myself to myself if you need me to.

I really enjoy cooking with other people.

I can improvise on the piano if you like :)

I enjoy learning new languages, and am currently learning Swedish.

I work in conflict and disarmament affairs. Happy to talk about it (or not, if you'd prefer!).

Music – I'll listen to anything, but really like disco/funk/soul, house, rock, jazz, and folk.

Movies – 80s action comedies ;)

Books – The author that has had the largest impression on me is Albert Camus, but I also particularly like Mervyn Peake, JG Ballard, Thomas Pynchon, James Joyce and John Banville.
