About Me

I am pretty laid back and uncomplicated. I like simple things in life and don't need much to be happy. However, I feel blessed for having had and still having the chance to travel the world 4-5 months each year as I am lucky enough to have a job allowing this. I work hard in the tourism industry in the south of France in summer and take my backpack the rest of the time and explore lots of amazing places. I am never happier as when I am on the other side of the planet with just a 10kg backpack.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I definitely have to thanks couchsurfers for some of my most memorable travel experiences. After all these many years using the website, the idea remains brilliant, simple, and great !
Though each couchsurfing experience was unique, I somehow found the same generosity and open mindness everywhere. So I always try to give it some of it back when I host people in Provence/France.

Interests

Hikes, music, italian ice creams, latin music and salsa dancing, walking in big cities at night like Rome, New York, Hong Kong or Buenos Aires, walking in the middle of nowhere, spicy thai food and south east asian food in general, sunsets with mojitos on the beach, red wine( sorry for being so French), being in the middle of nowhere, wandering around, doing nothing and chilling for full day reading in a hammoc, listening to people telling their travel stories, caipirinhas, traveling on buses and trains for long hours, watching movies, learning languages,a good conversation with someone living in completely different part of the world, spending hours on google map wondering where I am heading next, warm countries, inspiring people, nature in general, tropical islands, people doing art in the streets, theater (there is one of the best theater festival in Europe in Avignon each year inJuly close to my place
