Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have the feeling that I haven't seen hardly anything of the big, wide world. That's why I desire to just take a year off to get to know more of the world – and I really feel sick of studying all day like I did the last couple of years.
Since I am very adventurous and spontaneous, I've been planning a trip by bicycle around the half world for a long time now.
So I like to meet new people, know about thier culture, about their lifestyle, about their country and to interact them nicely.
Furthermore I don't like the typical touristjourney -and programm.

Interests

In my spare time especially sport plays a very important role for me:
I regularly go mountain-biking, play soccer and like to swim. In addition I often meet with friends, go celebrating with these, etc. and I especially love to travel as much as possible.
