About Me
Hi everyone,
I’m a divorced, gay, single guy living in my own place here in Berlin, looking to open my doors again and meet new people from around the world. I love the exchange that Couchsurfing brings — sharing stories, meals, and experiences.
I live in the beautiful Le Corbusier Haus, which is already an experience on its own. The building has a unique atmosphere, and from here it’s only a short walk to the S-Bahn, making it super easy to reach the city center. At the same time, nature is just around the corner — perfect for walks, relaxing moments, or even a skinny dip in summer if that’s your vibe.
My home is LGBTQ+ friendly, and absolutely everyone is welcome. I live a naturist lifestyle at home; you’re welcome to join in if you’re comfortable with it, but there’s no pressure at all. What matters is that you’re open-minded and respectful of the environment I live in.
I also have a small nearby garden house that’s great in the summer for relaxing or helping out with some garden work if you enjoy that.
I love to cook together or go out for lunch, and I’m always happy to explore the city or simply chill and talk. I’m also a Burning Man veteran — a burner at heart — so if you’re into creative communities, radical self-expression, or just curious about the culture, we’ll have plenty to talk about.
Looking forward to meeting new faces and sharing good times here in Berlin!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m on Couchsurfing because I genuinely enjoy connecting with people from different backgrounds and cultures. After becoming single again, I realized how much I missed meeting new people, sharing conversations, and creating meaningful, easygoing human connections.
Hosting gives me the chance to offer travelers a comfortable place to stay, show them a bit of Berlin from a local perspective, and share simple things like cooking together, exploring the city, or enjoying nature nearby. I like the exchange that happens when people open their homes and their time to each other; it brings a sense of community that’s rare in big cities.
For me, Couchsurfing is about hospitality, curiosity, kindness, and giving people a warm experience while they’re far from home. It’s a way to create small moments that make traveling more human.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Last summer I spent two weeks in France working on an eco-farm, learning French, enjoying a naturist lifestyle, and discovering the amazing food and wine of the region. I connected with wonderful people from different backgrounds and explored the area together. That experience reminded me how meaningful it is to share daily life, culture, and moments with others.
