Hey there. We are two Danish boys who just arrived in Australia. Our names are Sebastian and Emil and we are both 20 years old. Before arriving, we travelled through new Zealand in a campervan. While traveling in a campervan where great, we now are ready for real beds (and more than ever couches). This is our first try at couchsurfing, and are hoping to make some memorable experiences and great friends. We hope that Couchsurfing brings an unique way of meeting other cultures, in a way that's not possible, if you're only staying at hostels.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a great way of meeting other nationalities and cultures, while making some unique friends in the process. We want to share our experiences and stories, and learn about yours.

Interests

We're both students in biotechnoloy, and therefore we are interested in all sorts of science. Sebastian does quite a bit of short film making back home, and are planning on continuing when he returns home. Emil on the other hand, is much more into sports, and are of course thrilled that Denmark just won the world cup in handball.

We survived 6 weeks in New Zealand, not bad for us.

Sebastian once parachuted out of a plane all solo, and managed to not die in the process.

We think that teaching, learning and sharing is the foundation of a good conversation. So let's have one.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Beside the basic stuff, such as helping with cooking, cleaning and other household stuff, we would also contribute with good company. If you would like to learn about a little country in Scandinavia called Denmark, we would love to share all of our "very useful" knowledge. We can even teach you to say "rødgrød med fløde", which is an infamous sentence on Danish, that travelers must be able to pronounce.
