I am a student of diplomacy at a university in Prague. I had the chance to live and study abroad which motivated me to further explore the world. I believe I am quite open-minded and adaptable even though I may sometimes use sarcasm too much. Besides studying I have been a member of a student organization that organizes both voluntary and professional internships for students. The rest of my free time I spend reading ( classic novels mostly) and excercising. Also I am a big fan of music althoug I prefer indie bands to the popular ones.

Couchsurfing to me seems like a great opportunity to meet new people and also find out more about the places I visit. It is always pleasant to have a local show you around as they know not only the popular landmarks and monuments but as well the cool hidden parts of the city. My friends have recommended me Couchsurfing as the best solution to accomplish that.

Favorite book: it would have to definitely be Steppenwolf by Herman Hesse. I have read this book few times and it always pleasantly surprises me how deep it actually is.
Favorite music: I listen to almost every genre but some of my favorites bands are: Foxygen, Pink Floyd, The War on Drugs, The Gaslight Anthem, Kid Koala, etc.
With movies it is even harder to say but I prefer more intimate dramas to blockbusters. However, Quentin Tarantino and his movies are at the top of my list.

It may seem silly but I am afraid of deep dark water. When I was visiting Mexico though, I forced myself to try night scuba diving and it was one of the most intense moments in my life. I was overwhelmed by the fear and the beauty of the reefs and animals.
Another thing I am proud of is that I have had few chances to tutor friends and they were successful at exams or applications afterwards. I felt very satisfied when they accomplished their goals thanks to me.
