I'm a young Austrian guy, who wants to explore every corner of the world. If I had the money, I would not stop travelling till I have seen every country. I'm fascinated with different cultures and traditions.

I'm very lively, open-minded and like to make new experiences and meet new people. I'm also very adventurous and sporty.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The reason that brought me to CS is simply the dream to experience countries how they really are, feel the vibe of the city I'm visiting, meet the inhabitants and listen to their view on life.

Moreover, unfortunately travelling is very expensive, so if I want to see as much of the world as possible, I have to save money wherever I can.

But beyond economical reasons like that: Who likes to sleep in a boring and completely impersonal hotel room, if he has the chance to get to know his destination in a much more exciting way?

Interests

As you can imagine when reading about my school type I am very interested in technical things. In addition I like to always put myself up to date about what is going on in our world.

Naturally at my age one of my favourite activities at the weekends is going to parties and meeting friends. ;-)

- Music: Drum and Bass; Marteria, Casper (both german rappers)

- Movies: The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Inglourious Basterds; in the last time I'm extremely into series like Borgen or House of Cards

-Books: Especially I like novels by writers like Stephen King or Stieg Larsson; and of course the Harry Potter books ;-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in Thailand last year I did the 18 metre open water diving license. It was such a tremendous experience to explore this completely different world under the sea.
