I am a 20 year old boy from Stockholm, Sweden. I have always been interested in travels, journeys and adventures. I was raised and still lives on Reimersholme which is a small island in the middle of Stockholm, the capital of sweden.

When I was 8 years old a group of scouts close to where I live started a collaboration with a boat marine which was where I learned to sail. After a couple of years of sailing in the same company I became a leader and instructor for other kids that wanted to sail. I have sailed alot of boats in my life, all from 2m long to 50m long. Since I love adventures so much I went to Marina Läroverket for highschool. There I studied Science with alignment on marine biology. We sailed, with the schools boat, for over two months, all around Europe and from the north of Africa to visit almost every Canary island there is.

I am a very social person and I love to meet new people. I think that every meeting with another being is important, no matter if there is" just" someone driving the bus. I am a thinker and I tend to reflect and think alot about how other people reacts and feels in different situations. Thats one reason why I think it is fantastic to get to know people or just have a chat, you learn som much and it is so rewarding!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

There is a couple of reasons why Im on Couchsurfing. First and foremost, its for meeting people and get to know new things. I have the imagination that if you go to a place where you haven't been before, and you don't know anyone, the probability that you will do things very typical "tourists" is very high. With that said, I don't hate on things thats typical for tourists to do in a certain place, but I think that the best way to learn, experience and do things is to talk to the locals. Lastly, for me, its also very nice to get to know new people since Im a very social guy that loves to spread thoughts and listen to what other peoples have to say about things.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really like Rock and Metal music, and have a great interest in rap, however I listen to all kind of music so im not so selective (the reason why I have more interest in rock, metal and rap is because I play electric guitar and write my own rap).

I am not much of a reader but one thing that I can really enjoy to read is detective and crime novels.

There is so many movies that I like so its almost impossible to pick one but if I have to choose it has to be "In Time".
