My name is Sebastien, I come from a beautiful island in the Indian Ocean called Mauritius.

I was working as an accountant in Mauritius my home country, but last year I decided to start studying again and this brought me to another beautiful place called Nice, an awesome town on the Cote d'Azur in France!

I'm passionate about so many things in life! I love art, going to the theatre, seeing ballets (especially Tchaikovsky), operas and listening to classical music among other musical styles.

As I love to try new experiences, I started skiing last year, and though I fall a lot, I absolutely love it!

My biggest passion, however, is to travel. Someone once said that travelling is the only expense that makes one richer! I could not agree more to such a saying!

Getting to know local cultures is very enriching and I consider meeting local people to be the most interesting aspect of traveling. I believe that couchsurfing is the best way to get acquainted with local people in the places I visit, and make friends with people I host.

Furthermore, I don't want lack of finance to be a barrier in my ambition to travel while I am a student.
