我做过的一件不可思议的事情

been to a 10 day silence retreat. (giving up the phone and not talking with anyone for 10 days , mostly doing meditations)
It helped me with the quality and length of sleep, dopamine addiction , mind clarity , diet & weight, quitting smoking , and many more things.
It was not easy , but it was amazing
