learn, learn how to teach, teach, share experiences with people from all walks of life
How should I know? I'm turning 47 and start feeling alive. It takes time to understand what life is all about...
Never believe that you know better and that you are special. And I also think that as nomads do, we should be able to "s'attacher" and then "s'arracher".
This is food for thought and allows us to feel free but also true to ourselves and others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
A good friend I met in Marseille let me know about the site
I've always greeted young people at home. They were from Russia, Germany, Ireland. They usually were part of a choir, perfomed in a play or took part in an exchange. We also had an American teacher once. I always had great fun and we did quite interesting things together. But most of the time they were teenagers.
I am interested in discovering things by myself, I like eye openers. I love going abroad and I enjoy things which are simple and genuine. I like theatre very much and I would like to perform in a play or learn how to play.

Music, Movies, and Books
"Beats, rhymes and life" (a great sundance festival movie), Zaddie Smith's novels, Yasmina Khadra, R&B, rock, Reaggae, West Indies music... I love dancing
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Have three children who are becoming adults. I saw two old ladies driving the wrong way, on the highway, we almost bumped into their small car, they were so frightened.
I fell in love with one of the blue men.
Going back to school and meet my old teachers 20 years later.
Teach, Learn, Share
I know how to listen, to trigger off interest, surprise, for a short period but still... I love teaching French as a foreign language and ... English though I don't travel enough yet and need more practice.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Exchange, have fun, have a good dinner, give tips about the places I like best, have a pizza and a pint in the neighborhood.
