Be greeted, fellow traveller!

Update: We´re going road tripping! After our years in Montecito, we are finally ready to get out of here. Getting rid of the house, the car, motorcycle and all our stuff. Just keeping the basics. Free like birds :) Hitting the road to go travel the world and pursue our art projects (writing and painting) for a good while.

About us: We are a newly married couple in our 30s living in Montecito which is a gorgeous enclave in Santa Barbara, California. We have a 4 bedroom house in a large garden with jacuzzi, BBQ and the occasional visiting squirrels and rabbits. Oprah lives a few minutes away and the infamous Kardashian wedding was just down our street. Our home is an 8 minute drive from downtown Santa Barbara and just a few minutes from beautiful beaches and plush mountains with great hiking trails.

We love to travel, we´ve done it a lot and we plan to do a lot more. I was born in Indonesia, but moved to the U.S. for my education and corporate career. I am now pursuing my artistic talents as painter after making a brief successful bodybuilder comeback. Mads was born in Norway where he worked as a journalist before becoming a full-time novelist. The movie based on his debut novel premiers in Oslo August 2013.
We like to socialize, work out, have a good gathering, travel and do new stuff. Always looking for new interesting and engaging friends!

Mads interviewed the Dalai Lama for 30 minutes. Seira skydived with oxygen and won her Natural (drug free) Bodybuilding Pro Card. Together they got married in Vegas by one Elvis and one fake midget Elvis. And the adventure continues...

Seira will be happy to draw you. Got a novel brewing? Mads will be happy to giving writing advice. We can also give solid nutrition, diet and work out advice if that interests you. Six pack? Easy cheesy if you are motivated, but be warned - it might not be worth it.
