Hi, I’m Seiya from Japan!
I want to improve my English and make friends from all over the world.

▪️My Room
My room isn’t very spacious, so guests will share the same room with me. (Please check the photos for details.)
I will sleep on the semi-double bed, and you can use the single bed.
If there are two guests, I will move to the single bed to make everyone comfortable.

▪️house rule
Check-in:
Please come between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM on weekdays.
On weekends, please come anytime from noon until 9:00 PM.
If you’re going out:
Please return home by 9:00 PM.
If you’re going to come back late at night, please don’t stay over.

▪️Philosophy
Focus on the present moment to create happiness with the people you love—that’s something only humans can truly do.
The past cannot be changed, and the future is unpredictable.
If you don’t take risks, life loses its value.
You can earn back money, but you can never get back lost time.
You can buy things, but you can’t buy genuine friendship or someone’s true feelings.
And you can’t buy the experiences from the choices you didn’t make in the past.
