I'm an English Teacher, if you ask me, it´s the most rewarding job ever. I spend most of my time with my students helping them to get better chances in life by learning English. On my free time I try to travel everywhere I can. I'd love to steep foot in each continent one day. I'm interested in learning other languages and having fun with free souls like me.
So far I´ve traveled around my own country I´ve visited Huasteca Potosina, Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Zicatela Oaxaca, Guanajuato, Cuernavaca, Teotihuacan, Tepoztlan, Acapulco, Villa del Carbon, Chiapas etc.. I like to go with friends or alone, some times I travel with a big budget, sometimes I don´t, sometime I stay at a friend´s hause, at a hostal or I camp.
My dogs are my family so anything related to dogs I'm in.
I like tottoos. I´ve got 2 so far.
I love to go to massive music festivals.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet good heart people, all ages, any ocupation, their life styles, , their story, their hopes, their routines, their friends and family, try their local food and learn some significant words in their language. I´d also like to get any helpful advice about the places I go to from a local point of view, to really see the place from a real perspective (not from the tourist side), any little thing, good or bad.

Music, Movies, and Books

The beatles, Spanish and English Rock, I enjoy dancing Salsa and cumbia music. But I mean I dance and sing any "in" song even though I have two letf feet.
Forest Gump is my favorite one but I like all kind of movies, any Robert de Niro movie I´m in, Benjamin Button, Pulp Fiction, Slumdog Millionaire, any romantic comedy. I love to go to the cinema, either with friends or by myself.
Call me a nerd but I'm always reading about pedagogy and teaching but I like to read about Ancient History and Traveling for example.
I love swimming, I enjoy going to water parks, a lake, the ocean, a river, I swim even in the shower lol.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I love to try extreme sports, so far I've done sky diving in Morelos, Mex, bungee jumping in Cancun and Acapulco and large zip lines in Rivera Maya. I'd love to learn surfing and base jumping.
I used to be a workaholic, actually, since I was in school. I worked a few years at an important logistics company untill I got stressed sick so I decided to live life (well pretty much my body forced me to), first, I quit my job and I moved with a 2 months boyfriend to a different country, a few months later, of course, we broke up lol. I came back to Mexico broke (in every way one can be broke) I didn't want to go back to the office life so I quit my carreer and I started giving English classes in my living room, I found out this is what I want to do for a living. After a couple of years of hard work and failures (the biggest English School Franchise in my country told me I didn´t have what it takes to be a good English Teacher and that my English wasn´t that good either) I recently opened my own little school, my students have become my friends and I enjoy helping anyone who wants to learn. From there I´ve become a kind of a hippie traveler and I just cherish every breath I have. Oh! and I have more friend than ever even though I´m kind of shy and quiet.

I can teach English, Spanish, and swimming. I can share my own culture and my travel experiences. I can tell you about my life change from an office rat to a laid back and practical girl. I love dogs so I can give you some advice about how to be a loving responsable owner.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I´m a good listener I like to give advice and comfort my friends but also, to do random things with them and laugh to dead. We can go party 2 or 3 days in a roll or stay home watch a movie and eat junk food.
I´m a reliable friend I´m a nice company to walk around and talk or to hag out and have fun. I can host you in Mexico City, show you around and introduce you to my friends.
