Hello there, This is Selim. I am a Management Engineer but I see myself as a part time traveler too. When I find enough time and money I am traveling sometimes in my country and sometimes around the world. I have been at 17 countries. I have started to traveling when I was in the womb of my mother because of my father job and i was born at abroad 😂😂 I have travelled 22 cities in my country. Most of the time I am hitchhiking.

My main travel goals are meeting with different cultures, different people and collecting amazing moments.

I have lived in ;
Torino (one semester for erasmus)
Washington D.C ( 4 months for work and travel)
Istanbul
Now i am living at Los Angeles.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

With this app I may meet with local people or travellers and I am able to learn and observe their cultures. Also in some cities ıf I need a place to stay I might use this app.

I always love to meet new cultures and new people. I love sharing something so If my host/my guest interest , I can teach him/her some basic Turkish words.

What I Can Share with Hosts

** I traveled to U.S, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Czech Republic, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Monaco, Ukraine, Vatican City State, Turkey and Saudi Arabia. I can give my hosts information about these countries and cultures.

** I can tell my road stories and my experience.

** I can cook for my hosts traditional Turkish foods.

** If my host interest we can travel his/her living city together. If my host doesn't want to do anything, I can sit quietly :)
