My name is Selle Inti Sellink, I’m 29 years old, half Peruvian half Dutch.

I’m a filmmaker working mostly as a Sound Designer on films but I am also a film director, currently working on a film based in Peru.

I’ve been a sound designer since I was 19 and prior to that i’ve always been recording stuff and editing it. Filmmaking or film in itself is something special to me.

My dad’s a cook. He passed down some love for cooking, I’m not to good with Peruvian dishes but I’m no fool either (;

I’ve played guitar since I was 6. Sad to say i’ve been playing the same songs these last few years, time to pick it back up..

I can enjoy a night of conversation accompanied by a bottle of nice wine as much as anyone, I do it often (:

Pretty broad musical taste but some Connan Mockasin, King Krule, Kendrick, F Ocean, Andy Shauf are always welcome. Lately been listening to more funk, Darondo👌🏼

Last few films I really liked were Las Bestias and Beautiful Beings. My all time favourite might still be Leviathan From Andrey Zvyagintsev

I read to little but recently I’ve come to appreciate this Dutch literature; Nescio, Toon Tellegen and also Anton de Kom. I feel like Anton de Kom’s “We slaves by suriname” should be compulsory on school in the Netherlands, if you get the chance read it.

I’ve got an intern whom I teach how to Sound Design a film from start to finish basically, I feel like you should never stop learning that’s why I start with a furniture making course in about a weeks time. Really looking forward to that!
