I love meeting new people, exploring new places, and trying new things.

When I am not studying or preparing for conferences, I volunteer at the learning exchange program with underpriviledged youth of Vancouver.

I enjoy good company, good wine, and good times!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I travel now, but once I have an extra couch of my own, I will open my doors for fellow globetrotters!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have a wast experience with couchsurfing, however I have travelled to many countries and met a lot of wondeful people in hostels and through friends. I also hosted friends' friends, and that was a wonderful experience.

兴趣

I appreciate art, enjoy going to museums and art galleries. I love wandering around cities, searching for small hip cafes or bars. If I find myself outside the city, I like to take my shoes off and walk barefoot on the warm ground.

I taught American and British literature of the early 20th century, and that is why works of that time period hold a special place in my heart.

I assisted my friend in the birth of her son. Seeing a human being enter this world changed the way I think about my responsibility to generations that come after me.
