Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to couchsurfing. I'm hoping to use it to connect with like-minded folks and see more of the world in different ways that if I showed up on a place on my own.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

New to couchsurfing but most of my friends have been hosting and surfing for awhile and I'm familiar with the family.

Interests

I surf every morning if I can and love hiking with friends on the weekends. I work at the University of Hawaii and love my job. At home I'm a baker and am famous for making my Grandma Fran's gingersnap cookies. I was a Peace Corps volunteer in Tonga and ever since I've got travel fever and love seeing new places and meeting new people. My fiance and I have been in Hawaii for the last three years and are both looking forward to Brazil 2014!
