I love traveling and am fascinated by different cultures and people, always aspire to help make a difference in the world. I'm from South Korea, spent some of my school years in the US, and studied political science in college. Then I went on to work as an HR and Office Admin at an International NGO called Liberty in North Korea(a.k.a. LiNK). LiNK is not only an awesome organization to work for, but also a great global movement to be part of. Its mission is to work with the people to accelerate change in North Korea so that its people can achieve their liberty in our life time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling, but I feel like I've been missing the authentic experience of immersing myself in the local culture and the people since I had limited interactions with the local culture and people. Then I was recommended using Couchsurfing as a way to meet new people with different culture and stories, and I loved the idea of connecting with people and celebrating commonalities while appreciating each other's differences and uniqueness.
