Hola! My name is Seorok Kim. Just call me "rok" or "kim". I have a lot of interests in art, sports, writing and traveling. So I am learning drawing in art gallery and now I have my own 7 oil paintings! Also I enjoy exercise like swimming, yoga(especially ashutanga) and jogging. I am positive and active person. Moreover I'm interested in writing then I want to share my thoughts through my own sentence.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am always wondering how people who live in other country are living and what they are interested in. So I watch movies and read books to know that. But that is not enough. I would like to be a friend and understand their culture from them.

Interests

As I said, I have many interests. Drawing give me a different power to focus. But also exercise and writing too. I could concentrate on only that. And then, I can share other people. I enjoy talking about life with other people. I am interested in well being life. I prefer to eating fresh and exercising regurally.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite movie is not one. I like action, romance, fantasy and comedy. Especially I like notebook, begin again, kingkong, harry potter, hunger game, bourne series and the grand budapest hotel and so on! I like movies. I like books and music also. I like both nonfiction and fiction books. I like the writer, Alain de Botton. I like also all types of music except hard rock.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was traveling around Europe last summer. When I traveled Nurnberg in Germany, I met old man in front of river. We were just talking about our lives each other. I thought we pretty connected each other even though there's a big age gap between us. When he talked about his cherry trees, I was really surprised about being existed cherry trees. I didn't notice about that. That is very small thing but it's a new world to me. From that tiny thing, I stayed the family's house for 2 days. It was amazing experience to me. I could have open mind to a new world because of that.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach, of course Korean! Also all about essential yoga and fitness. I like to ride bicycle, jogging in the morning and swimming. I like to visit art gallery for viewing of exhibitions. I think we can do together. I want to learn anything else. I like learning new things. I like to cook and eat healthy. I enjoy eating and talking:)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would like to share not only national culture but also personal culture. I wonder that your daily life is. And I want to share my own daily life. Also I want to share my future dream. Of course I could share my Korean culture; food, general Korean and all about Korean culture as known as I do.
