ABOUT ME

I LIVE IN HIKKADUWA, NOT COLOMBO! It is 100kms south of Colombo. Please realize this when asking about a couch.
I Left Canada five years ago to explore. Based myself in Antigua, Guatemala and have travelled extensively. Recently finished all seven continents riding my unicycle on all of them. I am an extreme unicyclist that prefers to ride in the mountains. Full of energy, I like to do stuff. Great sense of humour, sometimes twisted in a good way. I respect all and enjoy different cultures. I am now living in Sri Lanka and have built a house! I am living in the new house now!!!!!!!!!

PHILOSOPHY

Love is more important than money. Live more and work less. How many of your friends will show up at your funeral but can't make the time to visit with you now? I think this common answer is unacceptable.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new here but as I have travelled, several times I have had the fortune of staying with locals. Each time has been a special memory. I even stayed with the natives in the jungles of Sri Lanka!

Interests

Outdoor activities. Hiking/Walking, biking/unicycling, travelling and meeting new people. Having a good cup of coffee and watching the world move. I enjoy watching peoples manerisms in a positive light. Learning people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like almost all music. Real life adventure type books, Touching the Void, Amazon Extreme, Etc. I watch a movie for the immediate enjoyment and do not save it in long term memory!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was an instrumental part in the creation and raising of two incredible human beings. Of course I was there to watch their birth and that is something that is truely amazing!
