ABOUT ME

We're a fun loving couple planning to get married in the very near future. We both share a love of travel and learning about new cultures. We've not long returned from spending over a year backpacking in Asia and Australia and can't wait to get back to hosting couch surfers :D

PHILOSOPHY

Me: I plan to have as much fun and as many new and unique experiences as is possible. I have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge!
My better half: To be as good a person as he can possibly be.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are hoping to offer a couch for people to crash on, a friendly face in a foreign place and a little respite from the craziness of travelling. We'd also like to surf some couches!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We couch surfed in Germany and had a truly fantastic experience, we could not have asked for a better host!

兴趣

I love to write, read, paint, sing, travel, design and make clothes, draw....it's a long list!
My fiance likes to listen to and make his own music, he plays the ukulele and has an awesome voice! He also loves to travel and follows Theravada buddhism. We are both vegetarians :D

Pink Floyd, AC/DC, Red Hot Chillies, Lord Huron, Denegue Fever, Bob Marley, Dashboard Confessional, Switchfoot to name but a few.
Any good sci-fi movies are a hit in our house, I'm also partial to Quentin Tarantino!
As for books, as a writer myself I could rabbit on all day about fabulous books but my guilty pleasure is a good dark sci-fi or dark fantasy.

Backpacking in Asia was life changing, living in Australia was a phenomenal experience...
Truly there are too many great experiences to single just one out!

Things we can share: english language, any number of our hobbies and interests, I have a degree in psychology if anyone was interested!
I play acoustic guitar albeit badly, I'd love someone who could help me to brush up! Other than that we both believe that everyone has something worth learning about!
