I want to travel the world, meet people and live a happy life full of wonders!

After graduating high school I traveled the world for 10 months where I visited 16 countries. To be honest, this were the most wonderful months in my life and I have never been more happy then I was while traveling.

I hope that I can travel more and more because I think it is one of the most beautiful things to do.

I also hope (we are still painting the room) that I can host people and show then the Netherlands and the city I live in, Utrecht.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love listen and dance to music. Rock, pop, indi, folk, all kinds of music !
I also love to read books and watch movies and series.

A couple of my favorite books are: Nobody's boy, The secret garden, Animal Farm, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, Gone girl, Lord of the flies, Brave New Worlds, The perks of being a wallflower, Van de koele meren des doods, Hersenschimmen and soooooo much more !

A couple of my favorite music artist are: Mumford and Sons, The Beatles, Metallica, Avenged Sevenfold, Green Day, Crashed Test Dummies, Guns 'N Roses, Linkin Park, Misterwives, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Lukas Graham, I can literally go on for ages..

A couple of my favorite series: The Big Bang Theory, Twin Peaks, Modern Family, How I met your mother, Pokemon, Dragonball, That 70's show, Saved by the bell, Friends.. I watch to much series to be honest.

A couple of my favorite movies: Marvel movies, DC movies, Harry Potter, Maleficent, Inside Out, Peter Pan, oh I looooove Disney movies (still a little girl deep inside), but I Iike almost everything! I'm only a person that is so scared for horror movies that I will sleep very bad for a week after watching them, and still I watch them every time my friends want to..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have bungyjumped while Queen of the Stone Age where playing
I have visited a lot of festivals and have seen a lot of music bands and artist
I danced on the most southern point of Cape point (I had to climb over a fence but it was worth it)
I felt of a mountain and survived it with only a couple of scratches and brushes, while the change of surviving was not even 1%
I was kissed by a llama at the Machu Picchu
I went skydiving from 14000 feet (more than 4 kilometres)
I swam with dolphins and seals
I went diving with huuuuge sea turtles
I lived in a village in the middle of the jungle without any internet, shower, toilet of English speaking people (it was amazing !)
I climbed to the Mount Everest Base Camp
I visited Tibet

But traveling for almost 10 months around the world on my own is maybe the most amazing thing I will ever do !
