I'm exploring SE Asia at the moment, but funds are getting low. So it may soon be time to head back home and find a summer job.

ABOUT ME

I'm a friendly and adventurous person; and I love to meet new people and hear their stories. I'm energetic and talkative, but not too much (I promise). I don't smoke and rarely drink; I prefer quiet nights with a book or a movie. Travelling is my passion. My friends have stopped benig surprised when I disappear for weeks or months at a time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm travelling SE Asia at the moment, and I was recommended couchsurfing by a friend. I do NOT expect a host to be a tour guide, but any first-hand tips on places to visit and cheap restaurants would be wonderful.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to couchsurfing and still a bit nervous about it. When I get home, I'm excited about the idea of hosting surfers, maybe you'll be the next one to visit me in DC.

Interests

I'm not particularly talented, but I love anything involving the water: surfing, wake boarding, snorkeling, rafting, windsurfing, etc. My passion is Scuba Diving. I don't have many logged dives yet, but I plan to do my divemaster as soon as I can.

Music, Movies, and Books

In my down time, I'm a huge fan of relaxing with a book and a cup of tea, or watching a movie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are so many natural wonders out there, that I'm not even going to try to pick a favorite. But a few must see (man-made) places are on my list, such as: the Valley of the Queens in Egypt, Copan Ruinas in Honduras, and of course, Angkor Wat in Cambodia.
