About Me

I was born in Moscow. I traveled a lot in childhood (mostly across the Russia), so maybe my craving to travelling had been born at youth.
I like to discover new places, meet new people and try new experience.
I also think that I'm a kind of person, called altruist, cause I always try to make people, which surround me, happy, sometimes sacrifacing my own interests. But it seems not bad if I get a positive feedback, even if it's a simple smile. For me smiling means a lot, cause I think, that people must smile more - it makes them more pretty, more alive...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd like to try couchsurfing, cause it's, in my mind, the best way to feel the real life of people in every country or city, to breath air, which local people breath, to understand differences and similarities between people in different countries... Maybe after my first experience of couchserfing I'll write smth more here.

Music, Movies, and Books

From 14 years old my favourite music genre is rap music. For the last 3 or 4 years I've started listening different music from classic to rock, but rap is still in my heart (I also think, that rap is the reason, why I've started writing poems).
What about films, I love horrors, science fiction, comedies... it doesn't matter, but the main condition is the film must make me think about. For example: "Mr. Nobody", "Arrival", "Yes man" and etc. Also my lovely serie of films is Phantasm.
I also like reading books. For a long time my favourite writer have been Stephen King. I still love his books, but nowadays I'm reading more classical literature like novels of Fedor Dostoevsky (it's my favourite russian writer) and Ray Bradbury (it's one of the favourite foreign). Now I'm reading Ayn Rand "Atlas Shrugged". I also like poems and mostly Dante Alighiery with his "Divine Comedy".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've tried ropejumping on the 150-metres height rock Kachi Calion in Crimea. These 3 seconds of free fall were unforgettable.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like mostly to learn. I'm interested in everything, so I could share with interesting information, which I know. But I also could teach smth (for example, first steps in playing on block flute , hebrew language (it's very interesting and not similar to any other) or some Hatha yoga asanas).

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook some national food, like the most known russian soup "borsch" and lots of other (despite of that I don't have culinary education). I can keep the conversation almost about everything. Also I can teach host smth (yoga asanas, hebrew language, playing block flute...)
