I am an exchange student doing a 5 month stay in Moscow and attending Moscow State University. I am from New Zealand, not Russia, and study at Canterbury University, Christchurch New Zealand. I used to work as a lay engineer in Wnd Turbines ans decided for a career change so decided to take the road less travelled, Russian was the ticket, but i am still a learner and write and read Russian more than i speak.

My friend from Finland heard i was planning a trip so recommended this. I had no idea this existed but thought it would be a great way to meet people, make new friends and one day even return the favor if you ever visit NZ! I am in Finland until around 13-14th June, but only looking for a couple of nights in Helsinki as i am heading out of Helsinki to look around Tampere which is about 45 km from Helsinki.
