Host travelers in Villavicencio during the week (hot climate place but I have a pool) or Bogotá during the weekends (I'm always traveling between these cities).
I think it's difficult to talk about oneself, but I suppose I can say I'm an easy going person, I love any kind of music and I really enjoy showing Bogotá.
I speak some english and french and I would like to practice some (but it's ok if you want to learn spanish from me). I'm also a spanish teacher for beginners.
I studied Literature but I work as an historian; my subject: student movements from the 20's (Really specific, I know).
I'd love to travel all over the world but right now I'm just saving money to do it.
As a host: make sure the surfers feel confortables and make sure they really know Bogotá!!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to show my town so people can say they really went to Bogotá. I can host two people top at a time. Eventually I'd love to visite some places, but now I'm saving some money.
Writing, travelling and meeting new people.
Practicing some English and French.
Music, Movies, and Books
But I have to say I love Roberto Bolaño ("The savage detectives"), Philippe Sollers (do you know him?), Sofia Coppola ("Lost in translation") and any kind of music. Simple: "Without music, life would be a mistake"; "I wouldn't believe in a god that doesn't dance" (Nietzsche).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveling through Latin America!
Meeting people from different places and languages!
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a Spanish teacher for beginners.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Bogotá: If we meet in Bogotá and want to walk all night around the city, I'd love to do it.
Villavicencio: If you'r passing by to see Los Llanos, you will probably need to stay one night in here. We can go out if you want or stay at the pool chating.
