I am an archaeological object conservator and I'm currently working for Ministry of Culture and Tourism at Regional Laboratory for Restoration and Conservation in Antalya/Turkey. I am also a member of ICOM (International Council of Museums) and it's Committee of Conservation. I am writing my MSc Thesis on Museum Studies/Museology at Akdeniz University. I love my job since I started to study on it 20 years ago and it is one of the greatest part of my life.
I love meeting new people from different cultures and life styles. There are always a lot to talk with people from different cultures. I think it is a great way to improve your perspective and thinking wider.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I was in an excavation, I had a chance to work on a 8000 years old pottery which is repaired in the time of usage. That was amazing to see and work on it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to share my knowledge about digital photography and how to process photos on photoshop. I can also teach basics of object conservation. Also I would love to teach daily Turkish.
I might want to learn a bit of language of origin of the people I meet. Also I'd like to learn the lifestyle and culture of the people I meet.
