You can call me Lina:) Currently I am a final year undergraduate student, studying agriculture science. I am working on my final project research, and helping my sister with her restaurant business. I can cook basic Indonesian and Korean cuisine.

One of life value is to improve people's live. That's why in past 3 years I actively volunteer in social projects: as leader, as organizing committee member, and volunteer. I definitely pro to ecofriendly lifestyle (i'm still learning tho). I am able to travel in several places in the country thanks to the projects, also meet international volunteers in the project. Now, I am really curious about the feeling of experienceing new culture abroad.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I want to gain more experience in life though travelling, as much as possible while I'm still young. It is one of my big step toward 'adulthood' and being brave :) And i am at my starting point. I'd love to visit a place and interact with a local people, getting know more about new culture. Hopefully couchsurfing users will be kind to me.

I basically prefer anything sounds cheerful or at least not a very sad song. Currently I like Calvin Harris, Honne, and Lauv. I listen to k-pop music since I was a 7-grade student (8-9 years ago).

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Personally I am truly proud of being an awardee of a particular leadership program. I got rejected on the first try because I was lacking of leadership experience, bad at english, and away from confident. It took me whole 1 year to 'upgrade' myself: joined in youth leadership organization, lead a volunteering project and interact with international volunteers. When I don't have any tangible goals for my self-improvement, this particular leadership program shows how much I improve and able to pass their requirement in the next year.

I can share some part of any knowledge that I know: agriculture, tissue culture, my culture (i know some traditional Torajanese accesories handcraft), or cooking (standard level).
