ABOUT ME

We are Seda and Barıs and Can(our son). I am an English teacher and Baris is a philosophy teacher. We have a son who is 6. We live in Bursa which is one if the biggest cities of Turkey close to Istanbul. We want to travel as much as we can and gain experience and see different lifestyles.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is short, time flows, so make the best of my time.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I wanted to participate in Couchsurfing cause I really would like to travel overseas :) I want to see different cultures,places,tourist attractions,life styles and moreover I would like to meet new people.. Travelling is good, when you go to a country sightseeing is good but if you don't talk to the people living in that country you can never know about their culture and lifestyle or their ways of thinking.. That's why I especially chose to join here ..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a chance to make several friends by means of couchsurfing.. I hosted them in my house.. I can say that they were comforable here and we behave the way we are.. :) However , ı never had the opportunity to be hosted by someone which I think would be quite an interesting thing to do.. why not sometime??

兴趣

I love playing tennis and doing sports. I like reading, music, travelling and learning about different cultures.
Baris is very much interested in music especially metal music and he.plays the electric guitar. He likes watching documentaries,reading especially sociological, philosophical and psychological books..

Seda is a former metalhead and now listens to any kind which appeals to her. Barış is still a metalhead and Can is making music of his own 😉

Climbed down Butterfly Valley which was a real adventure 👍
Went to england for a teacher in service training course and had wonderful time there on my own.

I can cook well so I can share some of our dishes from our culture, and I really would like to exchange information,ideas or experiences on teaching,I would like to learn about different cultures,life styles, different kinds of abilities..
