Hi everyone! As you know my name is Seth. I live with my amazing wife Toree and our two cats(Mr. Fancy Pants & Mr Mustachio)in Rapid City, South Dakota(best known for Mount Rushmore). We are blessed to live in such a beautiful place. Yes, it does get quite cold in the winters but if you enjoy the outdoors the summers are awesome. It's a great place to see if you're traveling through the states.

We are full of energy and ready for new experiences and new friends! Traveling is our life goal. We want to go everywhere, meet everyone we can, and learn as much as possible from everyone around the world!

We just recently discovered CS, but we can't wait to get started! We would love to give up our guest bedroom to you and would be more than happy to show you around our home city.

We have a big backpacking trip planned for this summer. We are flying into Iceland to start our journey. We have plans to make our way across Europe, but who knows where we will end up! I know we can't stay forever but we can still dream right? I used to live in England for work and moved back to the states a few years ago. This is our first "real" backpacking trip through Europe together though and we can't even explain how excited we are!

Anyways, we are open to hosting and hope you will give us the opportunity to stay at your place too.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We joined CS for the experience. We think it's a great opportunity to meet all different kinds of people from around the world and to better understand the culture in different areas of the world by getting to see it from a local point of view and not so much an outsider tourist way.

Interests

We love anything and everything outdoors. We are big into art and tattoos. All extreme sports, count us in! Traveling, snowboarding, horseback riding, cliff jumping and motorcycle riding just to name a few. Basically anything new is interesting. We are always willing to step out of the comfort zone and try new things.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC: Too much music to list. We listen to a lot of Rap, R&B, Country and Pop

MOVIES:
We like anything starring Will Ferrell, Adam Sandler, Zac Efron, Gerard Butler, Jennifer Aniston, and Seth Rogen. Pretty much anything with action or comedy.

BOOKS:
Toree is the reader in the family. She loves anything fantasy, all the classics, and of course travel books. Her favorite book series by far is Harry Potter, and I'm sure she would up to a Harry Potter trivia challenge if any of you potterheads out there willing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We recently took a trip out to Mexico, The Cayman Islands, and Jamaica. We got to swim with the Dolphins, go scuba diving, and climb a waterfall. It was such an amazing trip.
