ABOUT ME

I'm an architecture photographer.
I studied archiecture long ago, and, even though I always thought, since I was a kid, that being an architect was my passion, once in college I found out how wrong I was.
However, during hose years I realized that my real talents were somehow connected to Photography and Computers.
So, I became a freelancer, doing 3D for architects, mostly.
But that's the past. The present has given me the chance to enorol in a more appealing project, an Art Project.
Just the simple fact of deciding to be an artist is a big decision...I thought I took the right one.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Even though my condition of traveler, and a non permanent residence available, my contribution to CS resides particularly in the human aspect.
Getting to know people is extremely important for me in order to gain knowledge about basic things in life.
In a more practical way, I take part in those gatherings that are specially connected to my interests, which include mountain hiking, languages, sports and culture.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first CS experience was in South America. I felt quite weird then, coming to visit people that I hadn't met before.
For me was quite funny that somebody would let me stay at his place without any other compensation.
A new world opened up in front of me, as I was coming from a family envrionment quite hermetic I must admit.
The sole fact of entering the most precious space of unknown people became I big challenge for me.
With time I have understood several concepts that we're missing in me, in those beginnings.

Interesses

As an artist I intend to be, obviously everything flyes around my Art Work. So anything can be interesting if it's somehow connected to some inspirational process.

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

Recently I assisted to a rehearsal of a Renaissance Music Choire, together with some trombones, 2 violins and an organ...I was the only one person of the audience...nobody else, just the choire, the musicians, the director and me...The rehearsal was for a performance for hte day after, so everything was quite understood, so there were almost no interruptions.Wow...I got so excited by listening LIVE such wonderful music...my eyes cried for a while, I must admit.We humans can do such wonderful things!!
