Cultural exchange
I was born and raised in Kyrgyzstan, a small country in the heart of Central Asia. Later, I spent 9 years studying and working in Russia — and eventually came back home as an adult, with a new perspective.

Because of this journey, I carry a mix of cultures, languages, and stories inside me. I’ve lived through contrasts — between East and West, between tradition and change, between childhood memories and grown-up choices.

I’d love to share what life is like in Central Asia, how things have changed, what values we carry, and what connects us all as people. Whether it’s a conversation over tea or a longer talk about identity, I believe there’s always something we can learn from each other.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I’m happy to share stories from Central Asia, cook something simple and tasty, and help with cleaning or anything around the house.
