About Me

We seek to make a better world while enjoying it.

* Welcome *

Two parents and a teen, we're Jewish, American, progressive, vegetarian, eco-conscious, non-smoking, non-drug using, friendly, informal, intellectual, educated, playful, curious, and we love taking walks in our beautiful city.

We have lots of tea, but no coffee.

We try to be considerate and respectful of others and appreciate when others are considerate and respectful as well. It makes the world a better place to live.

We appreciate timeliness: we like to be on time and we expect others to be on time, too. If you are delayed or plans change, please let us know; we'll do the same.

We stay with people when we can and allow people to stay with us when we can.

Vegetarianism (http://tiny.cc/ecoeat), food (http://tiny.cc/fftaa), activism, social justice, sharing, learning, playing word games, reading, writing, poetry, listening to music, walking, biking, living in SF, and of course traveling.

Music, Movies, and Books

We especially like classic rock. And we read a lot.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We've seen and done so many amazing things. When we're open to it, we can even find amazement in the mundane. That said, seeing the sun rise over the Taj Mahal was really cool.

Teach, Learn, Share

We can talk and teach about sociology, politics, law, history, knitting, writing, education, Latin, dinosaurs and other animals, food, vegetarianism, climate change, environment, activism, Judaism, America, San Francisco, music, philosophy, relationships, Thailand and Laos, traveling, spirituality, chess, Scrabble, Boggle, haiku, and lots more!

We'd like to learn more about other people, cultures, countries, languages, possibilities, wild projects, dreams, and lots more.

We're very passionate and very inquisitive.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Ecuador, France, India, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Mexico, South Korea, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Thailand, United States
