I'm Dan Blundell. I love travelling around on my own, seeing new places and meeting new people. Right now I'm figuring out this whole crazy world and where I stand in it.

I'm currently one of the %1 of non-Mormons who go to BYU, which can be kind of weird, but I'm having a great time :]

I like talking, meeting new folk, making friends, partying, going to gigs and aimlessly walking around just for the fun of it. Also...adventures!

I'm chilled, ponderous, and insatiably curious about life. I spend far too much time on my laptop. I'm a closet nerd.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I move back to Australia, my couch will be open for business, no doubt.

It's open now, but who the hell is gonna travel to Provo?

I'm going to be travelling around a lot as soon as I have some moolah, so I'm thinking I might get down with this whole couch surfing thing. I like the idea a lot.

Music, Movies, and Books

Beasties, Queen, Clash, Beatles...and a whole stack more :] I love music, and I am often found lying back on my bed drifting away to tunes. I mainly like hip-hop, trance and indie.

Movies...Tae Guk Gi, City of God, Seven Samurai. Those are my favourites. I dig the whole foreign film thing.

Books...Musashi, 1984, The Power of Now.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing Rage just recently was pretty intense. I spent the entire gig in the main pit panting for air like a dog and dancing like Bruce Lee. At the end, when my body was limp , and I had nothing left, I felt enlightened.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn. My main interests are philosophy, social psychology and music. If you really wanted me too, I could probably teach you how to suck at guitar.
