I live in Washington DC. I moved here in August 2018 from New York city to attend law school. I will be moving back to the city after law school. I am a generally quiet, introverted person, but I love people. My favorite activities to do by myself are reading, listening to music, and going to see art!

I want to travel more, but as a student, I have to find a way to do that on a budget. Couch-surfing seems to be a way to aid in that. Also, I think the best way to see and experience a place would be to see it how the natives see it, not like a tourist. Hosts have more to share than any guide book.

I have hosted in NYC when I lived there and now I'd like to host in DC.
