Overview
About Me
I'm currently spending a year in Haiti as an intern for the BRITE Initiative, working in a school in a village in the South. I am starting a Ph.D. program in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Michigan in August, and would be happy to host people in Ann Arbor then. Currently, I am looking to take a three week trip to France before school starts to strike out on my own for a while.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing seems like the best way to form a real cultural exchange when visiting another place. I've really seen the difference between seeing the touristy side of a culture and seeing the culture itself, and I want to avoid the touristy side as much as I can. I would also love to host in the States for anyone who wants to learn more about us!
