I have a breathtaking experience, My coach taught me in the water immersion, coach finished swimming and back to boat, The moment I found that I haven't the strength to go swimming, I think is going to close to death and feel horrible. I closed my eyes and tried to go to swim, I found I am so lucky and should cherish life
