Hey,
This is Shalini living in New Delhi, India.

Recently move to India from Japan and might live here for few months. Here to meet new people and show my culture.
I love exploring nature, cafes, and museums. In my free time, you will find me reading books or cooking or crocheting (my newly found love😂) . I love taking long walks and talking about the life and incidents that change you bit by bit. Exploring bars and cafe is kinda favourite thing to do.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One of my friends introduced me to CS, and I find it pretty interesting. It's great for people like me who love meeting new people and talking about culture, nature, books, and whatnot.

I tried it first time in Japan while living there and amazed by the experiences I had.

This platform is also one of the way to realise that there are so many beautiful, interesting and kind humans out there who are eager to meet you as well.
Though I live with my friends in India so rarely host anyone but trying to give back the love and warmth I received whenever I can.

Music - Countryside or anything if I enjoy. I am actually a kind of person who can listen only one song for hours just because it makes me feel good. (Do you hate me if I say-I am not a fan of Techno? ) 🙈 but still have to listen bcz my friends love it.
Books - I love poetry and a big fan of Courtney Papernell. have to mention Khalid Hosseini🤌🏼 ... or any self love book.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am pretty organised person, so you don't have to worry about the cleanliness.
I would love to sit and have conversations about life and about your day or anything. If there is something you wanted to do for so long ...we can research and do it. I could be spontaneous sometimes… I had surprised myself in the past by saying yes to so many stupid things.
