ABOUT ME

I have spent most of my life living in Shreveport, but have moved around a lot. I have settled down a bit for the moment, enjoying a more steady and consistent life.

Never been to flown out of the country, but hope to one day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a house with a bunch of places for people to sleep and will show anyone around the Shreveport/Bossier area.

It is just me and my cat Sebastian. I occassionally have guests on weekends that take the spare bedroom.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been quite a few places and met a lot of people. The majority of my experience is from crashing at a friend of a friends. Through couchsurfing I have met a few people and hung out with them, but no official stay, just haven't needed to.

Interests

Everything is interesting to me! I tend to have projects that I work on. Right now, I am working on a aquaponics project and just bought an old 1946 CJ2a Willys that I will be fixing up this coming year. I also juggle, though its been a while, and dabble in circuitry. I'm a fairly avid movie watcher and enjoy the occassional FPS game. I've played Ultimate Frisbee for the past 7 years, though just for fun.

Music, Movies, and Books

I watch/listen/read just about everything. I don't find a lot of time to read literature outside of instructional manuals or technical books, but Jules Verne is one of my favorites. I also enjoy Frank Herbert's Dune series.

Action/Adventure movies tend to be my favorite, though there is always a time for other genres.

I mostly listen to Classic Rock or 90's Alternative, very little country, but thats just because I don't know much of it. Always willing to broaden my tastes.

Teach, Learn, Share

Just about anything I can do I am willing to explain my take on it. Be it Juggling, Frisbee, or Computers.

I'd love to learn more about automotives and psychology.
