I'm Shane Conroy from the Central Coast, NSW, Australia. I had a childhood dream to travel Australia. I've always had a huge passion to explore my own backyard so I turned that dream into reality at the start of 2014, when I decided to buy a van and set it up to travel Australia. I've spent the last 2 years travelling and working my way around Australia. Exploring as much as I can, with travellers from all over the world, that I meet along the way. This has inspired me to teach and share with them as much as I can about this great country I call home.

Interests

I have a huge passion for the Australian outdoors and have been hiking all over Australia and travelling in my van for the past 2 years. From the highest peaks in some states to multi-day 100Km+ hikes ( Overland track TAS, Cape to Cape track WA ). I love the natural beauty this country has to offer. The landscape is forever changing and is so diverse from the wildlife to the plants. Our indigenous culture is also amazing to learn about and share it's a very unique part of Australia. I love to share my journey and pass on my knowledge and stories of this great country I'm forever learning about and exploring.
