About Me

CURRENT MISSION

See it all, do it all, live it all . . .

ABOUT ME

A decidedly young (or is that immature?), laid back, creative fellow always putting or at least attempting to put cash aside for the next travel.
I've lived in the Caribbean, in the US, in Europe, and travelled to more than half of the countries on the planet, but always manage to make it back to Vancouver during the summertime. Very social, and considerate, and happy to help in any way I can . . . especially to fellow travellers.

PHILOSOPHY

- Two wheels, will travel.
- Carpe Diem!
- A bad day on the road beats a good day at work.
- Tell me a story, I'll tell you one, then we can both tell a new story to someone else.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Aiming to be the most positive CS experience a host has ever had . . .

. . . and has couch at the ready every chance I get.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been Couchsurfing with old friends for years, now I look forward to meeting new friends with this site.

Interests

Travel (duh), photography, art, people, cooking, wine, motorcycle touring, diving, sailing. . .

As an old Art Major, I fiercely cling to the belief that the world is a visually beautiful place and can easily better anyone's outlook on life by simply going out and seeing it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, National Geographic, (I'm sensing a pattern here) Lonely Planet, . . .

Music? Forget it, that list is just TOO long (I can't think of anything I don't like, actually.)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once lived on a ship for 47 weeks, and sailed through several timezones every week, including a complete 3 month circomnavigation of over 45000kms. Now THAT'S some travelling, and I'd do it again in a minute.
