I'm an American student studying Global Economics at the University of California in Santa Cruz. I've spent about 2 years living in Czech Republic and I'm currently living in Prague studying the language before returning home to finish my bachelors.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have spent a lot of time in Europe bouncing around between hostels and homes of friends. Couchsurfing seems like a much cooler and more personal way to meet people as you're traveling.

Even though I've never had a living space of my own large enough to offer to other couchsurfers, I still love the idea of it all.
