We are riding our bicycles to Ireland from Shanghai.

ABOUT ME

Our names are Ben and Brendan. We are two mates who are cycling from Shanghai, China to Dublin, Ireland. Ben is from Australia and Brendan is from America. We have both been living in Shanghai for the past 2 years. We are both crazy adventurers who are always looking for the next biggest trip. That is why we are doing this ride. Our cycling route is through China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, France, England, Wales and Ireland. We started the journey May 21st and are planning to be finished December 7th.

I love travel, music, movies and photography. I like to keep busy by swimming, running, rock climbing, playing frisbee golf and having afternoon beers.

Brendan- I love to travel, read books, and learn more about the world and its people. I enjoy running,working out, and playing frisbee golf.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Ben:
Drinking champagne at the Coloseum. It was my last of the "7 Wonders of the World" so it was a great moment.
Paragliding above Sarangkot (Nepal), with an incredible view of the Annapurna ranges with eagles.
Spending a spontaneous week on a yacht in the Solomon Islands; spearfishing with village chiefs, snorkelling beautiful reefs, and swimming in shark and crocodile infested water.

Brendan- Jumped off the world's tallest bungee jump in Macao, scuba dived in the Great Barrier Reef in Australia, and rode around on a motorized scooter in the busy streets of Shanghai
