I was part of Integral Travel in 2014 after recently having witnessed both my parents passing to cancer. I studied Thai Massage, yoga, ecotourism, sustainability, mediation and Buddhism for three and a half months; traveling to thirteen locations in Northern and Southern Thailand, completing the program in Ubud, Bali. I lived within a community, leaving my life at home, to deepen, grow, and aspire to learn tools and practices to live a more sustainable, conscious, and more meaningful life.
