About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel, travel, travel, and meet great people.

ABOUT ME

I'm a people person. I find that some of the best people in the world reside - of course, temporarily - in hostels. I grew up in Canada, but only came to truly appreciate our wilderness after moving abroad! After graduating, I moved off to London for two years of a more leisurely travel-oriented lifestyle. I then relocated to the concrete jungle of NYC, which is where I live now, on the constant hunt for greenery! Of course, my activities vary by city.. but now, I'm a frequenter of the theater, museums, pop-ups and parks.

PHILOSOPHY

To live outside of my parents perspective - to not chase a single job, in a single city, for the rest of my life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Funny enough, my first night in NYC was spent couchsurfing. I had a great host who welcomed us to hangout in the evenings and showed us around town. I also couchsurfed in Iceland, and have since returned to Iceland just to visit my awesome host! When living in London, I hosted two lovely girls from Poland. I'm afraid my current NYC apartment already squeezes in two too-many people (with faux-walls and everything!), so I'm not able to host additional guests at this time. However, the world of Couchsurfing brings together such awesome, like-minded people that I intend to remain a part of it for years to come!
